We want to make keeping your account current with us as convenient as possible.  We have partnered with Pay Pal to give you the option of paying with Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover Card.  If you have a PayPal account you will be able to pay by e-check, bank transfer or your PayPal account.

Please push the "Pay Now" button below to make a general payment on your account.  You will be redirected to the Pay Pal website where you can make a secure payment on your account.  In order to properly credit your account in the "services" description box at the top left of the page please put in "Account Payment ____________ (your name) _____ (your Date of Birth).  You will be asked to put in a dollar amount and update this screen before you will be able to make a payment.  Once you have completed the transaction you will need to either use the "back" button in your internet browser to get back to our website or simply type our web address into your browser directly.  If you experience any difficulties in trying to process a payment please contact us.  Someone from our office will contact you to assist you. 

Please push one of the "Subscribe Now" buttons below to set up a recurrent monthly payment on your account.  You will be directed to the Pay Pal website to set up the secure payment.  Note, with subscription payments the only way to identify the patient account is based on the name on the credit card or PayPal account used.  If your name is not identified by the credit card or PayPal account, please do send us an email from the Contact Us page, that clearly identifies patient name, date of birth, name on the credit card or PayPal account used, and the amount of the monthly payment.  This will enable us to credit your account for these payments. Subscription payments are set up to expire in 6 months.  If the total amount that you owe on your account is less than the amount that would be withdrawn from your account in 6 months, please do not set up a recurring payment.  Instead, enter your monthly payment above as a one-time payment each month.   Please know that this option is for patients who have existing monthly payment plan agreements with our office.  If you have an outstanding balance that you would like to set up on a monthly payment plan, please contact us.  Someone from our billing department will contact you to discuss options with you.
